Confirm that the programme has an available place and that you can make the offer.
Step by step
- Open the programme’s booking or waiting-list area.
- Check the intended child, programme and available session.
- Use the offer action shown and read its expiry and conditions.
- Review the intended offer before confirming it.
- Return to the booking to check acceptance, expiry or any payment-dependent status.
Check the result
The family’s offer has a visible current status and expiry where applicable.
A useful check
An offer is separate from a confirmed booking. Review cancellations and financial adjustments through their own controls.
If the result is different, check the account and school first, then contact the team with the task and error wording.
