Do we have to use every app?
No. Choose the tools that help your school. Beacon, Teacher, Parent, Enrol, Rhythm and ASK are included in the core package. Harness is separately priced for creating curricula, materials, images and documents. School roles and content licences still apply.
Can we keep our own curriculum?
Yes. You can use Beacon without changing your curriculum. The preschool curriculum library is an optional resource.
Can our team create its own curriculum?
Yes. Harness guides your team from a brief through a framework, a selected module, teaching guidance and lessons. Curriculum directors, founders, school leaders and educators can shape the work. See how Harness works.
What happens to our existing school records?
Establish the available exports and supported imports before choosing a changeover date. Review active family records, balances and historical archives separately.
Does built-in AI replace every paid AI feature?
The toolkit provides in-app AI assistance. Check the models, usage allowance and tasks your team needs when comparing it with a separate AI subscription.
How should we compare prices?
