What this service is

Empathy Global provides the system a person uses to open and run a preschool: this site, the free curriculum library, and the connected apps a school chooses to use. Signing up is free.

Your account

You give us accurate details, you keep your password safe, and you use the service lawfully. You are responsible for what your school records under your own account.

The curriculum

The curriculum materials are produced by Empathy Global and are free to use. Each curriculum page states the terms of use for that curriculum, and you keep to them.

Your school and your people

You decide who joins your school and what each person can open. A person invited to a school follows that school's decisions. You may close your account at any time through the contact page.

The service we promise

We work to keep the service reliable and its information accurate. Your access depends on the services selected for your school and your account permissions.

If something goes wrong

Write to us through the contact page and we will work with you to put it right.

Changes

We may change these terms as the service grows. The version in force is the one on this page with its date.
