This policy explains what we keep about you when you use Empathy Global, why we keep it, who else can see it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Empathy Global builds the system a person uses to open and run a preschool: the curriculum, the teaching guidance and the school records. You reach us through the contact page on this site.

What we keep

For your account: your name, your email address and a password held by our sign in provider, which we never see.

For your school setup: the answers you give in the questions, such as your country, your city, where you will teach, when you plan to open and what interest already exists.

For your school: the name and details published for your school, the curricula you choose and your weekly plan.

For your people: the roles and app permissions you and your school leader give each person.

Why we keep it

To run your account, to set up your school, to connect the parts you choose and to answer you when you write. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

The other parts of the platform you or your school leader switch on, such as Ask, Beacon and Enrol, each only for the person and the purpose allowed. A teacher does not see your money or your records. Nobody else sees your information unless the law requires it.

The AI guide

The product guide button on this site is an AI assistant. When you send it a question, the words shown in the chat window go to the AI service that writes the reply, and that service processes them to answer you. Use this chat for general product questions. Keep children’s personal details, passwords and payment information in the appropriate account or school service. The AI provider processes messages under its own data-handling terms.

The conversation is held in the page while you browse and is not written to your device. Clearing the chat removes it from the page. We do not store the conversation in a database and we do not send its text to our analytics; our analytics count only aggregate events such as how often the guide is opened, how many questions are answered and which links are followed.

Children

We never ask for a child's personal details while you create an account or set up a school. Child and family details belong inside the school apps, under your control.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it for records or as the law requires. You can ask us to close your account and remove your information through the contact page.

What you can ask for

To see what we hold, to correct it, to receive a copy, or to remove it. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer.

Changes

When this policy changes we update this page with a new version and date.
