Before you begin
Use an account with Enrol access for the intended school.
Step by step
- Open the campaign and choose Make a poster or social image.
- Choose the format you need, such as an A4 poster or WhatsApp card.
- Check the wording, dates, contact route and selected placement. Quiet typography works without a photograph.
- Review the finished layout and download the PDF or PNG.
- Open the downloaded file and check it before sharing.
Check the result
You have a reviewed file in the format you need.

Use the campaign’s tracked link for the intended placement when you share.
If the result is different, check the account and school first, then contact the team with the task and error wording.
