Sign in and recover a password
Return to your account without creating another school.
Before you begin
Use the same email address and sign-in method you used when the account was created.
Step by step
- Open Log in and enter your email and password, or choose your enabled provider.
- If an email-password login fails, select Forgot password.
- Enter the account email and request the reset message. Check the inbox and spam folder.
- Open the newest reset link, enter and confirm a new password, and submit.
- Return to Log in, use the new password and confirm the school name.
- If the link has expired or is incomplete, request another. For an account created with Google, try the Google sign-in route.
Check the result
You can sign in to the original account and school.
A useful check
If no reset message arrives or the page reports a connection problem, contact support. Do not send anyone your password or verification code.
If the result is different, check the account and school first, then contact the team with the task and error wording.
