- Open Results and choose the campaign or period available.
- Compare enquiries, booked visits, attendance and enrolments by their recorded source.
- Review the underlying conversations if an outcome needs checking.
- Enter time and cost only when known; leave unknown sources unknown.
- Choose one useful change for the next week.
Check the result
You have reviewed the recorded results and identified a sensible next step.
