Connect your family account to ASK
Use the school code provided for your own family account.
Before you begin
Sign in with your own school-connected family account and have the code your school gave you.
Step by step
- Sign in with your own account and open Settings.
- Check the school and Family role where shown. If they are wrong, ask the school to check your account.
- When your school has given you a code, choose Enter a code from your school.
- Type the code exactly and select Open. Read the actual result.
- If the app confirms access, choose Done, then choose the available curriculum. If the code is rejected, check it with the school. If Empathy Global cannot be reached, try again later.
- Open Bring feeling words into your day with ASK for the short parent walkthrough.
Check the result
You know whether your family account can reach the curriculum, and what to do next.
A useful check
Family access supports home conversations. It does not turn the account into a teacher account or open the teacher lesson tools.
If the result is different, check the account and school first, then contact the team with the task and error wording.
