Publish the school website

Prepare the public information families should see.

Before you begin

Have the school’s current description, contacts and approved photographs.

Step by step

  1. Open Website and review the school profile used by the page.
  2. Write or edit the description and relevant public details.
  3. Add approved photographs of the school and materials.
  4. Check the contact and enquiry information.
  5. Save and choose Publish only after reviewing the whole page.
  6. Open the public result and test its links; use Take offline if it should no longer be visible.

Check the result

The public website shows the school information you chose to publish.

A useful check

Public pages must not expose child records. Programme-specific registration websites are managed in the programme setup area.

If the result is different, check the account and school first, then contact the team with the task and error wording.
